How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Something went wrong? We want every homeowner who contacts Priorityblock Septic to feel treated fairly and honestly, so please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Priorityblock Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Priorityblock Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@priorityblock.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
